A reliable manufacturer of metal and plastic components, specializing in CNC turning and milling. We design and develop tools for vulcanization and plastic injection molding, and we produce rubber-technical products. Our production runs on DMG Mori Seiki, Doosan, Brother and OKK machining centers. We use an information system that ensures traceability of incoming materials and in-process monitoring, supported by issued documentation.
We are a family-owned company founded in 1995 by Milivoj Tekavc, who started the business in the lower level of the family home. Over the years our production facilities and machine park expanded. In 2018 we restructured from Milivoj Tekavc s.p. to S-Tekavc d.o.o., which accompanied growth in staff and operations. In 2024–2025 we invested in new production and measurement equipment to further improve the quality of our services and products.
Quality is ensured through incoming, in-process and final inspections. Dimensional checks are performed with conventional measuring tools—calipers, micrometers, gauges and other instruments—while surface quality is assessed using roughness measurements. We also verify coating thickness. External partners perform surface defect inspection by magnetic testing and internal defect diagnostics by ultrasonic testing.
In 2026 we will focus on expanding our workforce, automating production processes, training, and targeted marketing. We see the coming period as one of sowing rather than quick harvests — investing in knowledge and long-term goals.
